They are the REAL DEAL!! As a Japanese American I can say that Shibuyala has the best selection of Japanese medicine, cosmetics, household items, and even cute sanrio items. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their product lineup is so on point. There's a motion sickness candy medicine that I always buy when I go back to Japan and I was so surprised that they had it here- and at a price that won't break my bank too.

If you’ve known them for a very long time, they’ve always carried the best products and even go fly out to Japan to get their items and always make sure the customer gets the item they want and need!! Always very knowledgeable!! Always ask Ellie, Angelina or Kyoko when they’re in store 🥺❤️ they can take care of you very well when you’re in need of an urgent product!!

Shibuyala has an amazing selection and reasonable prices. I've looked at other Japanese shops but their selections aren't too good and their items are overpriced. However, Shibuyala has a great selection. I'm in awe. I used to go to Japan and buy things back myself but now that I haven't been able to go bc of the pandemic, I've run out. Not a problem anymore now that I discovered Shibuyala. Beauty products, medicine, laundry items, everything I need can be bought here. Whomever is doing the stocking is doing a great job bc the selection is wonderful.
